Awareness-Based Healing

I received my reflexology certification from the International Institute of Reflexology (Ingham Method) in 2006. Since then, I have learned much more through a myriad of continuing education certifications and trainings, and through the many reflexology sessions I've given. The body is sending and receiving information all the time. I have learned to listen and respond, and enjoy helping clients to do the same. I offer a rather precise yet light-touch foot reflexology, and may include hand and/or facial reflexology in your session if appropriate.

Reflexology is about calming the nervous system, and from that state of healing potential, identifying and supporting healing needs.
